Empak Bulgaria Ltd supports Rubin Glass

Less than 3 months into operation, Empak Bulgaria is already providing technical support to Rubin Glass.

Rubin Glass has more than 50 years of history in glass containers production. The plant is located in central North Bulgaria, in the industrial area of Pleven.

The areas that Empak and Rubin are focusing on this inital stage is to cover the majority of the Hot End process, from:

• Batch & Furnace Optimization

• Colours Changes

•​ Production troubleshooting

• Forming improvement

• Job change improvement

• Product development & Mould Design

It has been already 9 years since Empakglass started, from an idea and commitment to reduce the gap between product concept and production in the glass container industry.

As the year comes to a close, we would like again to take the opportunity to thank you, for your continued commitment to challenge and work with Empakglass.

This has been a very challenging year! The impact of not being able to perform a direct onsite assistance, was only reduced, as we were fortunate to be prepared since 2017, already with our Virtual Technical Support and Webinar trainings.

Having set foot directly in San Diego, USA and keeping our EU base, in Lisbon, Portugal allows us now to give a broader timezone support. We have also increased our team, to better support our clients in a faster and dedicated manner.
