Empak Bulgaria Ltd continues its team work with Rubin Glass

After two months, Empak Bulgaria was again invited by Rubin Glass for the second stage of its Process Support Program, this time for a Job Change training.

As part of Empak's philosophy, a very practical training was conducted.

The focus passed by the:

- Job change methodology and organization;

- How to speed up a Job Change and interaction in between Hot and Cold End;

- Following up the results and PDCA cycle approach;

The practical component was synchronized with a glass composition change, Cavity Rate increase and efficiency maintain/improvement across the production lines, from forehearths to palletizers

We are looking forward for the next challenges on this partnership with RUBIN GLASS.

And most important, to keep presenting real results.

Rubin Glass has more than 50 years of history in glass containers production. The plant is located in central North Bulgaria, in the industrial area of Pleven.

Empak Bulgaria Ltd supports OOO SIBSTEKLO in Novosibirk, Russia

Empak Bulgaria has recently finished another successful assignment, now in Russia, in OOO Sibsteklo's plant.

The target was technical audit of the current technical equipment and study the possibility for speed increase.

During the audit, a CR increase was achieved and the yield ratio was maintained, combining forming simulation analysis in order to determine the maximum CR according to the parison design and IS machine specification.

We are looking forward to be challenged by OOO Sibsteklo and to continue to help finding solutions!
