Empak/Emhart Mould Design Training in Vetropack - Trezzano

Empak and Emhart held another Product Development & Mould Design Training.

This time, in Vetropack's installations in beautiful Trezzano Sul Naviglio, Italy.

With an holistic approach, subjects like glass properties, analyzing an IS timing and even the impact of glass conditioning, gob temperature and delivery system, set the building blocks for a successful mould design.

As part of our tradition in these trainings, we invite the attendees to bring real case scenarios to challenge Empak's PAKForming Simulator and this time was no exception.

Our deep thanks to the participants from Vetropack which provided a huge level of passion and interest onto the subjects, something that truly makes Product Development and Mould Design such an important aspect on the Supply Chain of Container Glass Industry. And also for their great Hospitality!

Empakglass installs Ramp Pressure Tester in Bulgarian Customer

Empak Bulgaria team has recently made the installation of a Ramp Pressure Tester developed by ParmaControls, in a local Glass Plant.

Following the partnership in between Empak and ParmaControls, this time we used the synergies of our local team located in Bulgaria, to perform the installation and training of the Glass Plant Team, of a Ramp Pressure tester, including remote technical support for Italy.

The installation went quite well, and for that we can only thank the support from local shopfloor team.

We are looking forward the next assignment!

Empakglass wishes all the best for 2022 - The UN International Year of Glass!

On the closure of our 10th year, Empakglass is extremely proud to continue its mission to reduce the gap between product concept and production in the glass container industry.

As the year comes to a close, we would like again to take the opportunity to thank you, for your continued commitment to challenge and work with Empakglass.

And what a year this was! We have set a permanent foothold in Plovdiv, Bulgaria (Empak Bulgaria Ltd) to have a faster and more direct support with clients in Eastern Europe and Asia.

And saving the best for last, we have materialized a long dream of ours, by partnering with ENNIONSTUDIO Lda (www.ennionstudio.com), a Design Studio located in the North of Portugal with a real out of the box approach in what comes to Glass Packaging, labelling and even secondary and terciary packaging.
