While three of our IS teams are spreading across Brazil and USA, one of our Cold End and Quality Engineers was on-site in Switzerland, leading a focused mission to determine
The mission:
To understand the interaction in between a particular bottle's performance and the filling line where it was running.
Why this assessment matters:
Establish the appropriate impact level for this specific bottle on this specific line.
Identify critical situations regarding impact loads during the filling process.
Map the Line to detect if excessive handling damage is being inflicted during operations.

Bridging the Gap: From Line to Lab:
The value of this assessment extends beyond the filling hall. By really measuring how a bottle is solicited on a filling line, we can better determine and adjust the Product Technical Specification used by the Quality Control Department at the Glass Plants.
Real-world data ensures that the glass plant tests for the right realities, ensuring a better match between Product Design and Line performance.
Hands-On Engineering, Real Results From Concept to Container: Stronger bottles, faster lines, and fewer headaches.
